After a 2.5-year suspension of flights between Russia and Egypt on Thursday, April 12, about 30 tourists will go to the resorts of the Red Sea. This was announced by the general director of the «Tez Tour» office in Egypt, Ihab Wahdan.
“On April 12, there will be about 30 Tez Tour clients on the Moscow-Cairo flight to Egypt. Our employees will meet them at the airport, after which they will go to Hurghada, ”he said, noting that about 120 people will arrive in the Egyptian capital on board the liner.
And here it is worth noting that at the moment Tez Tour is the only tour operator in Russia that has launched the sale of package tours after the ban on flights between Russia and Egypt was lifted. So, according to the data on the website of the tour operator, starting from April 12, the transportation of tourists on the wings of Aeroflot will be carried out three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. At the same time, the cost of such programs is quite high for the Egyptian destination — 7 nights in a three-star hotel in Hurghada will cost Russian travelers an average of 70 thousand for two.
As a reminder, on Wednesday, April 11, Aeroflot operated its first flight between Russia and Egypt after a 2.5-year ban on flights between the countries.
