A desperate US tourist was caught halfway to the top of the famous Cheops pyramid located in Giza. The American was removed by the tourist police officers who noticed the «climber».
So, the other day in Giza, there was a curious case with a tourist from the United States who wanted to climb to the top of the 140-meter pyramid of Cheops. The man took advantage of the carelessness of the guards and at the time of the closure of the archaeological complex made an attempt to go upstairs. However, one of the tourist police noticed the «climber» and was removed from the pyramid in the middle of the way.
It is worth noting that until 1980 in Egypt one could climb absolutely freely to any of the great pyramids in Giza. However, after several tragic incidents involving foreign tourists, local authorities imposed a ban on such a rise.
